Mario 3D World on the Wii U was pretty good. Not ground breaking but I wouldn't say it was a low point either.
I haven't been this excited for a game in a very long time.

He say "imo" at the end, it's just his opinion, not an actual rumour.
It's brilliant but personally liked part one more. It's the only one that had a near horror movie vibe to it in parts, the atmosphere was amazing.
Also, the commercial for it was 🔥🔥🔥

He didn't take points off for it, he even says it,"I do think that this game is more about the films than the people, and that it’s from a good place – this isn’t a point that’s affecting the review and score"
But kenpachi doesn't like the score so he lifted that one sentence and quoted it out of context to discredit the review. They had plenty of issues to warrant the low score, just read the review.
@ kenpachi
Not really when he says this directly after it:
"I do think that this game is more about the films than the people, and that it’s from a good place – this isn’t a point that’s affecting the review and score".
They had plenty of issues with the game, the main one I can see is that despite all the combat options you have, you can basically just mash parry, wait for the enemy's attack string to end and then hit bac...

I assume you're referring to the fact it's riddled with bugs? I'm the same. Techland made Dead Island as well. I remember getting it day one, being so excited and then it was an unplayable mess due to bugs. Swore I'd never get one of their games day one again after that. Looks like nothing has changed since then.
Well, unless you have an Xbox or sub to Gamepass that is.
@ masterfox
Don't worry, you'll be able to unlock those 34 characters in game alright, a new one will unlock for every 100 hours you play! Or, you could unlock them instantly for the low, low price of €20. Each. And I say 34 characters because obviously Bison will be an NFT.
@ MajorLazer
Stadia Founder here, it definitely feels like it's on its last legs right now but the tech itself is brilliant. Not much need for me to use it now that I snagged a Series X though, maybe for Baldurs Gate 3 when it releases.
I've been playing Halo Infinite quite a lot on my Samsung S20 over mobile data on lunch breaks at work for the last month or so, works fantastic, for me at least. Xcloud has come a long way since the beginning of last year.
@ FlavorLav01
Wouldn't say your description is accurate. The combat isn't basic as you say. There's light and heavy attacks as well as kick back/melee which can be mixed and matched for combos as well as dodging, blocking and parrying. You fight multiple foes together and get audio warnings from the voices in your head if an attack is incoming from behind etc. There's also your Focus mode and bosses for each area. So no, the combat isn't basic.

Just started playing the first Hellblade a couple of days ago. It's a very linear, narrative led game, no HUD and looks fantastic. Having played it I had no problem believing the Hellblade 2 trailer was in real time. You should give it a go, it's a great game.
I'm reading that the NFTs will mostly be cosmetics. Won't they become worthless when the game is eventually shut down?
Well this is bull, nothing is locked behind a paywall, it just takes ages to unlock stuff by simply playing. Also, the main gripe was playlists etc, not locked content.
@ jznrpg
Co-op is being added down the line, just won't be there at launch.
Because IGN gave GT a 9? Wonder what they gave Forza Horizon 5?
